NCSE Detector

Our non-convulsive status epilepticus (NCSE) detector is intended to monitor brain state and provide warnings that the patient's brain is in a dangerous state of ongoing epileptic seizure activity that may require prompt treatment to avoid permanent damage.

Brain Navigator

Brain Navigator is a PC-based system capable of combining EEG and MR/CT images to provide high-resolution anatomical localization of functional and neurophysiological data.

epiPAPA

epiPAPA is a neural network based seizure detection algorithm that runs in real-time, or offline with a variety of digital EEG file formats including EDF.

Early Seizure Detection

In this Phase II SBIR, we developed a method for automatic detection of epileptic seizures before or immediately after clinical onset using only features derived from scalp EEG. The detection method is patient-specific, using recurrent neural networks and a variety of input features.
